I tried to get out of going to this game. I played the whole, "My throat feels so scratchy!" at 11pm the night before. Didn't work. He wouldn't let me stay. Ray and I left for the Ravens/Redskins game yesterday at 3pm for a 8:15pm game, in 20 degree weather with high winds. I have to admit, heavy drinking was neccessary to keep our temps regulated. I made fast friends with a chic next to us. She brought a heater. It really didn't matter to me what the weather was like, as long as I could not see nor hear my children, I was happy. (I'm very close to eating my young, I tell ya.)
Ray's mom and dad drove the 3 hrs up and stayed the weekend with the kids. They have a new puppy and Marina dragged him around all weekend. His mom and the kids did fun crafty stuff I don't regularly do. They needed that Mom-Mom time and Ray and I needed our time to hold hands again. I wish we had more time to ourselves.

Sometimes it's worth sitting in the cold just to be near your hubby, huh?!? Oh and Marina looks totally adorable with that puppy! Christmas present??? Kidding! HA!
It must be in the air. My kids are driving me nuts too. I was thinking about you Sunday when that wind was blowing like crazy.
