As Turkey Day approaches, my super great fabulous menu is dwindling down. There is only going to be 12 adults, and 6 kids. A houseful yes, but not an army. Then menu I had planned was so out of control and really, it was all about presentation. I had every color side dish imaginable! So, I will have the basics and everyone will still be stuffed and tired. I've decided to have Thanksgiving dinner at (2pm) just to make sure the kids have plenty of daylight hours to run around outside and have all of the fathers & uncles watch the monsters while the women are busy in the kitchen! Great plan, eh?
Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. Can't wait to get this overwith so we can get on with X-mas!
