I took the dogs for a walk after dinner tonight and I spotted this thing in the street. After I returned home I rounded everyone up, got the kids shoes on, grabbed a flashlight and dragged them down to see it. It appears someone ran over him. His head and neck area are certainly flattened. Poor Guy. It wasnt' me. (I didn't leave the house today.)Us city folks don't see this kind of stuff too often. The kids were so intrigued. They were dying to touch it! Gross.

Don't worry us country folk(me) still get excited and have to show the kids even though we had about 5 in our yard this summer. The last one I found in the garage. Now that one freaked me out.
