We were supposed to go with the Mom's Group to a state park which (I thought) was an hour away, had awesome cliffs and an abundance of sharks teeth on shore.As it turns out, this state park was an hour and a half away (3 hours RT), had a two mile hike (4 miles RT) through a non stroller friendly jungle to get to the shore, had awesome cliffs and we didn't find one freaking sharks tooth!
It's okay though. The kids had a blast. There were so many shells and rocks to throw in the water!! They also stripped down and swam like there was no tomorrow and on the trek back to the car, they saw a snake, a turtle, a centipede and frogs.
It was very eventful!! Then I dropped off the dumplings (already tired out) and went back out to meet some Mom's for Margaritas.
Today was a good day.

that's awesome..where was that? sounds like someplace we could take the kids...btw...i soooo stole MARY JANE from your playlist. I hadn't heard that in years. I now have it on MY BLOG...sorry! Love the OLD SCHOOL, gotta have it.
