We went to a cookout today at a childhood friends (mom's) house. All 4 of her adorable well behaved children were there and they were so sweet to my kids. It was SO MUCH fun! There were tons of people, tons of food, tents, moon bounces, inflatable waterslides, kiddie slides, sandboxes, dunktanks, etc...it was INSANE.
Vincent fit right in and was not shy at all. In fact, after we got there, I went inside to put Marina's bathing suit on her and when I walked out to look for Vincent and he had perched himself up on the plank in the dunk tank! WTH? He's four!
Marina was having a blast with the waterslides but after a while she became pretty sleepy from staying up so late the night before. Vincent I think, could have stayed all night! When we were walking out, he says, "Do we have to leave the carnival?" Umm.. yeah buddy..we do.
